Mr. Paul Crepin Leroux

FOUNDER & CEO

Paul Crepin Leroux brings over 15 years of distinguished culinary expertise to the company, combining formal French culinary education with extensive experience at world-renowned establishments including Michelin-starred restaurants Hélène Darroze and Joël Robuchon. 

Trained at prestigious institutions, including the École De Paris Des Métiers De La Table, Du Tourisme Et De L'Hôtellerie where he earned his specialized certification in dessert plating, he has progressed through elite kitchens across France and the United Kingdom, developing skills in both French cuisine and pastry techniques under some of the world's most celebrated chefs. 

Since relocating to the United States in 2016, Paul has successfully operated Survey Café in Florida, earning exceptional customer reviews and establishing a loyal customer base through his authentic French culinary offerings. His unique combination of classical French training, Michelin-starred kitchen experience, and proven success in the U.S. has positioned him as a leader capable of scaling authentic French cuisine while maintaining the exacting quality standards that have led to his success to date.
